December 2021 – Blah Blah The board of directors of Guest House Milwaukee completed their search for the next CEO with the selection of Mike Williams.  In this role, Mike will lead the ongoing efforts to eradicate homelessness in Milwaukee.

September 2021 – After an extensive search, The National Council of State Boards of Nursing, based in Chicago has selected Linda Doerr as their leader of Human Resources. Linda will bring her expertise in organizational development talent as the Council continues its global expansion.

August 2021 – The Board of Directors of Lad Lake today announced that Donelle Hauser will be the organization’s next President & Chief Executive Officer. Hauser succeeds Dan Magnuson who, earlier this year, announced his plans to retire after more than seven years of leadership at Lad Lake and 30 years as a transformational nonprofit leader.

August 2021 – The Milwaukee Art Museum has selected Linda Woods as their first Chief Human Resource Officer.  In this role, Linda will lead aspects of the new strategic plan as it relates to aligning talent and the diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiative.

July 2021 – Jayne Tettenborn, SPHR has been selected  as the Chief Human Resource (CHRO) Officer for Lutheran Home and Harwood Place based in Wauwatosa, WI.  Jayne brings extensive experience in healthcare as well as expertise in the full body of human resource knowledge.

June 2021 – The Sojourner Family Peace has retained Spano Pratt to identify the new the Vice President of Operations and CFO.  

February 2021 – The Greater Milwaukee Foundation has hired Kenyatta Sinclair as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this new role, she will lead the effort to fully incorporate a racial equity lens into all aspects of the Foundation’s work and relationships.  Jamie Pratt worked closely with the GMF on this search.

November 2020 – Briarpatch Youth Services, a social service agency based in Madison, WI has selected Gloria Reyes as the next Executive Director.  Rose Spano Iannelli worked with the search committee to identify the required competencies and successfully completed this search.

July, 2020 – After a successful search, Lauren Feaster will begin in August as the next chief executive officer of Professional Dimensions.   Feaster now serves as the chief of staff for Teach for America-Milwaukee, where she has worked for the past five years. Congratulations to Jamie Pratt who completed this search on behalf of the organization.

May, 2020 – Following an extensive national search; Vivent Health announced today the addition of Margaret Grebe Lidstone as Vice President and Chief Development Officer to its growing leadership team. Lidstone who is originally from Milwaukee area,  brings to the team more than 20 years of experience in HIV/AIDS, fundraising and external relations. She will be responsible for Vivent Health’s nationwide fundraising and philanthropic partnerships. Jamie Pratt managed the national search.

April, 2020 –  Award-winning entertainment management executive Kevin Sucher has been named executive director of nonprofit and noncommercial 88Nine Radio Milwaukee.  The search was completed by local executive search firm Spano Pratt Executive Search.  Kevin who is a Milwaukee executive has devoted his career to the music profession is committed to the mission of music and multimedia as a platform for positive change.

April, 2020 – Vivent Health (formerly Aids Resource Center of Wisconsin), a national healthcare organization has selected Joyce Nwatuobi as Vice President of Integration.  Joyce brings operational excellence within the healthcare sector including most recently with Aurora/Advocate.

March, 2020 – The Marcus Performing Arts Center selected Kendra Ingram as the new President & Chief Executive Officer.  Kendra will succeed Paul Mathews, who, earlier this year, announced his plans to retire after more than two decades of leadership of the Marcus Center. Kendra is a gifted, visionary leader with solid experience leading arts organizations making her a perfect fit to lead the Marcus Center into its next 50 years of success.

January, 2020 – Following a nation search, The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread announced Marcus White has been named President of the world-class Conferences that Inspire Solutions conference center. In this capacity, Mr. White will oversee strategic programming, partnerships, and business operations for the storied Racine, Wisconsin-based foundation. He has demonstrated passion for the mission and brings expertise in community foundation leadership.

July, 2019 – Spano Pratt Executive Search has been selected to lead the national search for the President and CEO of the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.

July, 2019 – National Funeral Directors Association, a global professional membership association has selected Lee Weinsch as Executive Director to lead the Funeral Services Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the organization.   She is skilled in leading professional membership organizations at a national level.

June, 2019 – Rogers Behavioral Health, a growing healthcare organization has selected Debbie Case as the Director of Revenue Cycle.  Debbie is certified in revenue cycle and brings over 20 years in healthcare finance.

April, 2019 – Lakeshore Technical College has selected Kristin Liphart, as Vice president of Advancement. She is a strategic and proactive institutional advancement professional with a history of building long-term productive relationships.

January, 2019 – Kay Amland was selected as the new Director of Development for the Washington County Humane Society. Kay brings 19 years of expertise in fundraising, marketing, and strategic planning.

July, 2018 – After a national search, ARCW of St. Louis, MO  has selected Tawnya Brown as the Vice President of Operations.  Tawnya brings her expertise as the recent Director of Operations Project ARK(AIDS/HIV Resources and Knowledge). July, 2018 – Excited to announce that The Siebert Lutheran Foundation has selected Charlotte John-Gomez as the President and COO.  This search was led by Rose Spano Iannelli of Spano Pratt Executive Search.

May, 2018 – Versiti, a leader in blood innovation,  has selected Kelley C. McCaskill as the new Vice President of Philanthropy.   In this role she will lead the philanthropy function of the Blood Center Research Institute.  Kelley comes to Versiti from Marquette University where she led a team of philanthropy officers.  This search was led by Rose Spano Iannelli of Spano Pratt Executive Search
