Racine Vocational Ministry is actively seeking a compassionate, strategic and results-oriented leader that will be responsible for the programming, administration, managerial and fund development functions of the organization. Started in 2001, Racine Vocational Ministry has placed over 5000 participants in jobs and education. Racine Vocational Ministry offers a Walk-in Program for members of the community who have been unable to find long-term job security, and a Second Chance Program for those coming out of prison and reentering the community.

Common Ground Works is actively seeking a proven leader to be its founding Executive Director to lead the startup and oversee administration of a unique workforce development program in Greater Milwaukee. Common Ground has spent five years researching local and national workforce development programs, seeking to understand the types of programs that are most effective in creating lasting change for under and unemployed individuals. The outcome of that research has resulted in a Workforce Development Program called Common Ground Works (CGW).
